  • Is it just for new vehicles?
    • We offer loans for both new and used car purchases.
  • What amount can I borrow?
    • The amount you can borrow depends upon your creditworthiness and the value of the vehicle. If you are in doubt then please ask.
  • Do I need a deposit?
    • We treat every application on an individual basis. In certain cases, such as when buying a new vehicle, then a 10% deposit on the value of the vehicle can sometimes be required. When dealing with a second had car then we also take into account the vehicle’s market value and age.
  • Is the loan secured?
    • A vehicle loan is secured against the vehicle you are purchasing.
  • What if I have no credit history?
    • All our loan applications are treated on an individual basis. If you are in doubt as to whether you will be eligible for a loan then please get in touch and we will discuss your situation in confidence.
  • Is the application confidential?
    • All discussions with our loan team take place in the utmost confidence. Any information you provide us with as part of a loan application is stored on our secure systems and can be accessed only by the AMC Credit team.
